What can be said about Cliff?
If Cliff would have been cut in half, you would have seen Welwyn Garden City running through him like a stick of Rock.
He loved his hometown and gave back to WGC at every opportunity, part of many of the town's committees.
Cliff died in November 2014. He passed away peacefully in the comfort of his own home, with wife Glynis by his side.
His last wish for the choir was that the annual Christmas concert go ahead as planned.
In 2016, Glynis and several members of Singing For Pleasure put on a concert in memory of Cliff, raising money for Isabel Hospice, a charity to which means a great deal to the Rogers family. If it wasn't for Isabel Hospice then Cliff wouldn't have been able to remain at home for his final days.
